Limited 3-Year Warranty for Sealing Services
At PWP Pressure Washers, we stand by the quality of our cleaning and sealing services. We use Foundation Armor WX 5000 WB, a high-performance sealer designed to protect surfaces from water absorption and oil penetration.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a limited warranty for three (3) years from the date of service. During this period, we guarantee that:
- The sealed surface will resist deep oil penetration and permanent staining when properly maintained.
- The sealer will help prevent water absorption, reducing the risk of surface deterioration.
Exclusions (What This Warranty Does Not Cover)
This warranty does not cover:
- Tire Marks: Hot tire residue may leave marks, but they should be removable using proper cleaning methods.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Natural weathering, foot traffic, vehicle use, and exposure to extreme conditions may affect the surface over time.
- Improper Cleaning or Maintenance: The use of harsh chemicals, excessive power washing, or failure to follow recommended care may reduce the sealer’s effectiveness.
- Cracking or Structural Damage: This warranty does not cover any damage caused by ground movement, settling, or pre-existing surface conditions.
Proper Care & Maintenance
- Allow at least 5 to 7 days before driving on the sealed surface to ensure proper curing.
- Clean spills, including oil and grease, promptly using mild soap and water.
- If tire marks appear, follow our recommended cleaning method.
Warranty Service
If you notice deep oil penetration or permanent staining within the 3-year period, despite following the care instructions, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and determine if a targeted cleaning or reapplication of sealer is necessary.
This warranty is not a maintenance contract. Regular cleaning remains the responsibility of the property owner.
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
- Claims must be made in writing to [your contact information] within the warranty period.
- PWP Pressure Washers reserves the right to inspect and determine the appropriate course of action for any warranty claim.
